Beverly Hills Realty Group specializes in the acquisition and management of multi-family and commercial buildings throughout Los Angeles County. The company has sold in excess of $500,000,000 in investment real estate and manages numerous apartment buildings. The principals believe a real estate transaction does not end with a close of escrow. We realize there is a need for a full service real estate company that focuses on maintaining long-term investor relationships. By understanding the local market and having strong knowledge of the current rental rates and future developments, we are better able to predict the future growth and valuations of the investment properties we oversee.

CHUCK HENDERSON
Utilizing
over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Chuck is involved in the management and brokerage of multiple commercial properties and has a track record of working with investment companies and banks. Chuck works with our team to achieve the investment guidelines established for each asset. Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, he has a strong understanding of the local market. Prior to his career in real estate, Chuck worked at Arthur Anderson and attended the University of Arizona with a degree in Accounting.
